But since my kitchen is going through a remodel, I needed to find a place for classes, and I did. This class will be at:

You can check out their website by clicking here. It has an amazing kitchen that Sam will be working in and there is a wine bar. The place is just great. So - those of you who show up a bit early can have a glass of wine at the bar before being seated for the class or if you would like to hang out afterward... you can do that too. And the Center is located very close to the Gaslamp Quarter if you would like to venture out further after the class. Class will still begin at 6 pm so be ready for some great fun, great food and of course some laughs.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Classes are non-refundable, and once they’re sold out on the website they become non-changeable too. Think of it like buying a ticket to a concert, the Rolling Stones for example. But instead of guitars, there are pots and pans. And instead of British accents, it’s Canadian. Once you buy the ticket – it’s yours. If you can’t make it, you can always give it to someone else (just email us so we know who they are). We, of course, reserve the right to cancel or change classes if we need to. But hey, we're not creeps - so if we do, you can either switch to another class or get a refund. Cool?
