Makes 6 - 8 servings - While I realize the name sounds a bit well...sketchy, just know I made these in pork & hog country Des Moines, Iowa and they ate the crap outta them. Which translated means they really, really liked them. And so will you.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons 5 spice powder
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 pounds pork loin country style boneless ribs
1/3 cup Hoisin sauce
1-2 tablespoons sriracha
Directions
Combine 1st five ingredients well in a small bowl - mix to combine
Season pork well with rub on all sides - cover and refrigerate
Allow to marinate up to a couple hours if you have it - if not, just cook em
Remove from fridge about 30 minutes before grilling
Combine hoisin and sriracha in a small bowl - set aside
Heat grill to medium high and put on ribs and cook evenly on all sides
Cook approximately 3-5 minutes a side (assuming there are 4 sides) until beautifully browned or until about 145 degrees inside
Brush ribs well with sauce and let cook about another sides on each side - remove from grill and serve with one last brushing of sauce
