Makes about 1 cup
Thank you Argentina! This is genius on any kind of grilled beef. I put it on steaks as they come out of the fridge, and let them come to room temp. Then again after grilling.
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon each Kosher salt, cumin and crushed red pepper
- 1 cup each Italian parsley and cilantro
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Put everything into a food processor or blender and process until fairly smooth
