The simple scallion - who knew it could be so good?
- 4-5 scallions per person.
- Olive oil
- Kosher Salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Toss the scallions with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Throw them on the grill for the last 10 minutes or so of whatever you're cooking until tender.
- Give them a little splash of oil before serving.
