These are usually made with pureed peaches but try this my way. They're really good!
- Fresh raspberries
- 1 bottle dry (moderately priced) champagne
- 1 - 12 ounce can peach nectar
- Drop 2 or 3 rasberries into the bottom of a champagne flute
- Pour roughly 3 ounces champagne into each glass and add 2 ounces peach nectar
- Finish filling the glass with champagne
