Serves 4 - Not sure what it is about tots, but they’re one of the best things ever – and at times maybe THE best thing ever. And these ones are ridiculous.
Ingredients
1 bag tater tots
1/2 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (I use Mae Ploy)
2 green onions, diced fine
Directions
Cook tots according to package directions
Top with sour cream and drizzle with sweet chili sauce
