Makes about 4oz
- 3oz olive oil
- 1oz red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon dijion mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon runny honey
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- pinch kosher salt
- 6 grinds black pepper
- Throw everything in a jar or any airtight container
- Shake well to emilsify and serve, or store in fridge for a week, maybe 2 weeks maximum.
