Makes about 12 - 15

Mrs Cooking Guy loves these - and with only two ingredients they're so easy...and soooo good.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 7 ounces (1/2 can) sweetened condensed milk

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet or cover with parchment paper
  3. In a bowl, mix coconut and condensed milk just well enough to bind the 2 together
  4. Shape into small mounds or pyramids
  5. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown
  6. Try to let cool (if you can) before eating
