Coconut Macaroons
Makes about 12 - 15
Mrs Cooking Guy loves these - and with only two ingredients they're so easy...and soooo good.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces unsweetened coconut flakes
- 7 ounces (1/2 can) sweetened condensed milk
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or cover with parchment paper
- In a bowl, mix coconut and condensed milk just well enough to bind the 2 together
- Shape into small mounds or pyramids
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown
- Try to let cool (if you can) before eating
