Stupidly simple (like me) and so delicious.
Makes 4 servings
- 2 cups tomato sauce, see recipe
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Four halibut fillets, about 4 ounces each
- Put sauce & capers in a small pot (but large enough to hold the fillets) and bring to a low simmer
- Add fish, cover and cook until just getting firm, 8 to 10 minutes
