Guests will gather on The Del’s oceanfront Windsor Lawn, enjoying appetizers from the competing local chefs. Mingle with the Culinary Council as they tally their favorites, and participate in a silent auction.
7:45pm – 9:30pm | Seated Dinner
The program moves inside to the elegant Ballroom for a 4-course plated dinner with first course presented by Chef Throwdown 2016 winner Chef Rob Ruiz of the Land & Water Company. Dinner will be followed by a brief CFF program, live auction and award presentation including honoring Roger Harrington of Specialty Produce with the Industry Leader Award.
