Blackening Seasoning

Ingredients

  • Chicken, fish, veggies, whatever - go on, just use it.
  • 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Combine everything in a small bowl and mix well to combine
  2. Store in a container with a lid
