Pork Rub

Makes about a cup - Yes it says pork, but it would still be really good on chicken or fish…or even mixed into some mac n cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 /3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Combine everything, mix well and seal in something with a tight fitting lid
