

A frozen chicken breast can be one of the greatest last minute dinner hacks. But is it really a hack if you have to start with hours of defrosting? No, so we're not doing that. We're using the air fryer because we know better. And wait till you see how it turns out.
* While it's true they say to cook chicken breasts to 165 - the chicken will continue cooking once it comes out of the fryer. So if you cook it to 165, it can end up dry. So if you pull it early, you get a nice tender chicken breast beautifully cooked.
