Baby Fish Stick Tacos

The freezer aisle giveth again - you must make these

Makes as many as you want

Ingredients

  • Frozen fish sticks, yes those little frozen-in-the-bag kind
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2-3 tablespoons your favorite hot sauce
  • Street size corn tortillas
  • Shredded green cabbage

Directions

  1. Microwave fish sticks 1 minute
  2. Mix sour cream and hot sauce, set aside
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and put on fish sticks, cook just until theyb get crispy on both sides
  4. At the same time, heat the tortillas just until they take on a little color and get a tiny bit brown
  5. Take a tortilla, add sauce, cabbage, fish stick and EAT
