Bourbon & Brown Sugar Flank

Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup bourbon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 flank steak, about 1.5 pounds
Directions
Mix soy, bourbon, brown sugar and dry mustard really well until combined
Put the flank and the marinade in a zip lock back and zip shut
Refrigerate 2 hours up to over night
Pre-heat grill well and cook flank 6 to 7 minutes on each side for medium rare
Be sure to slice it against the grain
