Chili Crisp Deviled Eggs

Chili Crisp Deviled Eggs

Makes 12 halves

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled large eggs

  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon chili crisp, plus extra for topping

  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

  • Kosher salt

  • Thinly sliced green onions

Directions

  1. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks to a bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, Dijon, chili crisp, rice vinegar and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Pipe or spoon the filling back into the egg whites.
  4. Top with a tiny spoonful of extra chili crisp and some green onions
