If I had a photo, I would most certainly use it. That is... unless the photo I have sucks. For now, you'll just have to picture a big heaping helping of
1 ribeye steak, about 14 ounces and 1 to 1 1/4 inches thick
1 tablespoon finely ground coffee
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sweet Potato Coins
1 large Japanese sweet potato
1 tablespoon olive oil
Kosher salt & course ground black pepper
Directions
Steak
Mix the coffee, brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper and rub all over the steak - let sit at room temperature 20 minutes
Slice the potatoes into 1/4 inch thick coins, then toss with olive oil, salt and pepper
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees, and cook the potatoes in a single layer for 12 minutes, flipping once, until crisp and browned - remove and keep warm
Place the steak in the air fryer, and cook about 10 minutes total, flipping halfway, depending on thickness and desired doneness - shoot for about 130 degrees internal for medium-rare
Slice the steak and plate with the sweet potato coins
