Yes, this is that viral keto onion/cheese sheet people have bene making. The recipe below makes a more reasonably sized version, but if you want a giant one, just increase the recipe...about 4 times.

Makes one 12 x 18 sheet

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 yellow onions, sliced into approx 1/8 inch rounds
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 ounces sliced calabrese, spicy salami

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Put a sheet of parchment paper on a small baking sheet, and scatter the cheese in about a 12x18 rectangle
  3. Top with the onion rounds, the seasoning, the garlic and finally spread out the calabrese
  4. Bake 18-20 minutes until browned, then remove and let sit 5 minutes before removing the parchment and slicing
