Curly Garlic Cheese Fries

Curly Garlic Cheese Fries

These are so good you should make them even if you don't want to mess with raw potatoes - so just use frozen

Serves 2 -4

Ingredients

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • Oil for frying
  • Sweet Hot Rub, recipe here
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes into fries, curly or regular
  2. Combine butter, and garlic in a small pan and simmer over low heat until fully melted, keep warm
  3. Cook fries until crispy, drain on paper towels
  4. Put fries in large bowl and drizzle with some of the garlic butter, some of the sweet hot rub, parmesan and parsley
  5. Toss well making sure they all get coated, sprinkle with salt and serve
