Feta and Red Pepper Pockets
Roasted red peppers, feta and pesto all baked together? Who doesn’t love that?
Ingredients
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced
1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
1/4 cup pesto
16 refrigerator rolls (round ones)
Directions
Mix all ingredients well, except biscuits and set aside
Separate rolls and flatten
Put approximately 1 large tablespoon in each and fold in half
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 until lightly browned (about 20 minutes)
