Greek Yogurt Egg Muffins

Greek Yogurt Egg Muffins

Makes 12 muffins


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup diced, cooked & crispy bacon


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl, then add the remaining ingredients – stir well to combine
  3. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 20-25minutes, or until the muffins are set and no longer jiggly
  4. Let cool a few minutes before removing
