Grilled Scallions

The simple scallion - who knew it could be so good?


  • 4-5 scallions per person.
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper


  1. Toss the scallions with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Throw them on the grill for the last 10 minutes or so of whatever you’re cooking until tender.
  3. Give them a little splash of oil before serving.
