Horseradish Cream

Makes about 1/2 cup - Served on the side of a steak - this is quite killer.


  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Serve on the side
