Horseradish Cream
Makes about 1/2 cup - Served on the side of a steak - this is quite killer.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients
Serve on the side
