Japanese Deviled Eggs
Makes 12 halves

Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup Kewpie mayo
1 tablespoon white miso paste
1 tablespoon
furikake
Garnish with
togarashi
Directions
Halve the eggs, put the yolks in a bowl and add the Kewpie, miso, and furikake
Mix well to combine, then spoon the mixture back into egg whites, and sprinkle with togarashi
