Japanese Deviled Eggs

Japanese Deviled Eggs

Makes 12 halves

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon furikake
  • Garnish with togarashi

Directions

  1. Halve the eggs, put the yolks in a bowl and add the Kewpie, miso, and furikake
  2. Mix well to combine, then spoon the mixture back into egg whites, and sprinkle with togarashi
