Korean Steak & Eggs
Steak & eggs is the King of breakfast, but also the King of the carnivore diet world. While technically soy is not allowed, it's still amazing in here.
8 ounces thinly sliced steak (ribeye or skirt would be ideal)
Beef tallow or butter
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 eggs
Coarse ground black pepper to taste
Optional - any cheese can be added to the eggs if you want
Directions
Heat beef tallow or butter in a pan over high heat, add steak and sear quickly, tossing to keep it tender - add the fish sauce & soy in the 30 seconds - remove
Add more fat to the pan if needed add the eggs and cheese if using - scramble soft, then put in a bowl and add the beef
