Korean Steak & Eggs

Korean Steak & Eggs

Steak & eggs is the King of breakfast, but also the King of the carnivore diet world. While technically soy is not allowed, it's still amazing in here.

Serves one

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces thinly sliced steak (ribeye or skirt would be ideal)
  • Beef tallow or butter
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • Coarse ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional - any cheese can be added to the eggs if you want

Directions

  1. Heat beef tallow or butter in a pan over high heat, add steak and sear quickly, tossing to keep it tender - add the fish sauce & soy in the 30 seconds - remove
  2. Add more fat to the pan if needed add the eggs and cheese if using - scramble soft, then put in a bowl and add the beef
  3. Season with pepper serve
