Miso Lemon Ice Cream

Miso Lemon Ice Cream

I know it sounds whack, and it is - but it's also delicious with the miso and lemon, and super luxurious because of the Kewpie.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kewpie mayo
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine the Kewpie, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, miso and zest, mix well and refrigerate 2 hours to overnight
  2. Put in the frozen bowl of an ice cream maker, turn it on and in about 15 minutes, you have the most luxurious, ice cream ever
