My Grandma Ruth's Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Makes one bundt cake - This is my grandmother’s super simple recipe - just mix & bake. And as easy as it is, I wish she was still around to make it for me.

Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1 large package Jello lemon pudding
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup poppy seeds
  • 4 eggs

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325
  2. Mix all ingredients well, and pour into a greased bundt pan
  3. Bake for 1 1/4 hours
