I don’t have a video for this recipe.
If I had a photo, I would most certainly use it. That is... unless the photo I have sucks. For now, you'll just have to picture a big heaping helping of

PB & Jelly Wings

Who knew that putting peanut butter, jelly and buffalo sauce on smoked wings would result in something so delicious? Actually Alexandra Jennings did because she sent it in for viewer recipe month - and we love her for it.

Makes 2 pounds

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, separated
  • Kosher salt & coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup grape jelly
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce, I used Cholula
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

  1. Preheat smoker, oven or even air fryer to 350
  2. Season wings with the salt & pepper, and cook until about 175 degrees - in the smoker or oven this will take about 40 minutes, air fryer approx 30 minutes
  3. While they cook, combine remaining ingredients in a small pot to combine and warm through
  4. When the wings are done, toss them in the sauce - with a side of grape jelly for dipping
