12 ounces La Costena Sliced Pickled Jalapenos, chopped fine & save the juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Heat 1/2 cup of the milk over low heat, and add a small handful of the cheese cubes - wait until the cheese has melted before adding more, continue until all cheese is smooth and creamy, 5-7 minutes
Add the jalapenos, reserved juice, cumin and cayenne
Stir until well combined, adding more milk a little at a time until it’s where you want it
