Pizza Grilled Cheese

When you get home late from a party that had shitty food, you'll be so glad you know how to do this.

Makes 1

Ingredients

  • 2 slices pizza
  • Any cheeses you want
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Cut the crusts off the slices, put one face down on the counter, add the cheeses and top with the other slice, this time facing up
  2. Melt the butter in a non stick pan over medium heat, and put the 'sandwich' in face down, and cook until crispy and beautiful
  3. Then simply flip carefully and repeat
