Ravioli Lasagna

Ravioli Lasagna

  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli around 35 oz
  • 28 oz pasta sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 cups  Parmesan cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • Serves 4-6

    Ingredients

    • 15 ounces jarred Alfredo sauce
    • 1 package, 32 ounces frozen cheese ravioli - keep em frozen
    • 10 ounces frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed of liquid
    • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella/Monterey jack/white cheddar - pick what ya like
    • Kosher salt & coarse ground black pepper
    • Red pepper flakes

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350
    2. Grease a smallish (8x8 or 9x9) casserole dish and add 1/2 of the Alfredo sauce - spread it across the bottom
    3. Layer like this: 1/3 of the ravioli, 1/3 spinach, 1/3 cheese and repeat till done
    4. Season with Kosher salt & pepper and top with remaining Alfredo
    5. Bake until begin to get brown and bubbly, 35-40 minutes
    6. Serve
