If I had a photo, I would most certainly use it. That is... unless the photo I have sucks. For now, you'll just have to picture a big heaping helping of
Mix flour with salt & pepper and place on a large plate
Mix eggs and water
Dredge chicken in seasoned flour, then dip in the egg, and finally the Panko - coat well
Put butter and oil in a large pan over medium high heat, and when melted add the chicken and cook just until golden brown on both sides - remove
Sauce
Turn heat down to medium, and add sauce ingredients to the same pan, mix well and when melted, add the chicken back in, and cook 20-25 minutes, or until 160 degrees – basting once after about 10 minutes
Remove, baste again with more sauce and and let rest a few minutes before serving
