Salmon with Wasabi

Salmon with Wasabi

Makes 2 servings


  • 2 salmon filets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 cup Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Wasabi Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to broil setting
  2. Place salmon filets on foil lined baking sheet
  3. Season each fillet with salt, then spread the top with the wasabi mayo
  4. Put in oven 6 inches below broiler coils - and cook approximately 7 minutes for every inch of thickness
  5. Take out and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
