Ingredients

  • Sardines
  • Caper Aioli
  • Grilled roasted red pepper or tomatoes
    Caper Aioli
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, capers, lemon juice, parsley and garlic in a small bowl
  2. Mix well to combine, then whisk in the olive oil - season with salt and pepper
