Shrimp with Harissa Mayo


  • 1 pound raw shelled, deveined, tail-off shrimp (size: 16/20)
  • 6 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Harissa Mayonnaise


  1. Cut shrimp & green onions into bite size pieces
  2. Heat a wok or non-stick pan on high
  3. Just as the pan starts smoking, drizzle in oil and add shrimp, onions and salt
  4. Stir quickly until shrimp are cooked almost all the way – 1 to 2 minutes
  5. Add the harissa mayo and stir another 30 seconds
  6. Serve over steamed rice.
