Spicy Tuna Toasts

Spicy Tuna Toasts

Makes 4- 6

Ingredients

  • 4-6 baguette slices - depending on size
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2-3 tablespoons Kewpie mayo
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons diced green onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions

  1. Lightly toast baguette slices
  2. Combine tuna, mayo, wasabi paste, soy & green onion in a bowl - mix well to combine
  3. Spread on baguette slices, top with some cheese and broil until melted
