Steak Frites Burrito - France

Everything great about a French steakhouse dinner, but wrapped up and portable.

Makes one

Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 5 - 6 ounces cooked steak, sliced thin
  • 1 big handful crispy fries
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • 1/3 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Warm the tortilla
  2. Combine the Dijon and mayo, and spread down the center, then add the steak, fries, caramelized onions and Gruyère - top with parsley
  3. Roll tightly, and give it a quick toast in a pan or on a flat top until the cheese starts to melt
