Stuffing Waffle

Makes 1

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Heat your waffle iron, use cooking spray
  2. Mix the stuffing, egg and cheese in a bowl. If it’s crumbly, add a little chicken stock a spoonful at a time until it just holds together
  3. Press into the waffle iron, close and cook until the outside is golden and crispy
