Tomahawk Pork Chops

Serves 2 - Boom!


  • 2 pork chops
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper


  1. In bowl, mix marinade ingredients
  2. coat raw chops with marinade, store in the fridge for 2-3 hours
  3. Heat a heavy skillet to high, sear the pork chops and cook on each side until they’re done or until 145 degrees Fahrenheit
  4. eat!
