Tomato Sauce Poached Halibut
Stupidly simple (like me) and so delicious.

Ingredients
2 cups
Tomato Sauce, see recipe
2 tablespoons capers
Four halibut fillets, about 4 ounces each
Directions
Put sauce & capers in a small pot (but large enough to hold the fillets) and bring to a low simmer
Add fish, cover and cook until just getting firm, 8 to 10 minutes
Serve.
