BLT Dip

Makes 2 cups - All your favorites - in a dip. And the best part is that it’s served in ’L’ like a bowl. Save some bacon for the top.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked, crispy & crumbled
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tomato, cored - seeded & diced
  • 1 head lettuce

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except tomato & lettuce - this can be made in advance and put in the refrigerator - save a little bacon for the top
  2. When you’re ready to serve it, cut 1/3 off the top of the head of lettuce, and scoop out insides - you’re making a bowl
  3. Add dip to lettuce bowl and top with diced tomato and bacon
