Pumpkin Mule

Serves 1 - This is so awesome... it’s ridiculous. And a great way to use up those Thanksgiving pumpkin puree leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2oz Vodka
  • 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 bottle Bundaberg Ginger Beer (it’s Australian and THE best)
  • 1/4 lime

Directions

  1. Shake pumpkin puree, vodka, ice and pour into glass
  2. Top up with ginger beer
  3. Stir in a big squeeze of lime
