A recipe from my friend Harry. Ok, so maybe I put a little too much cheese in them, but boy were they damn good! Serves 2 as appetizer

  • day old cold mashed potatoes
  • bacon
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, whisked
