Delicious White Queso

Ingredients

  • 1 pound white American cheese, cubed
  • 6 tablespoons half and half
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeno peppers
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Combine cheese and half-and-half in a small pot over low heat
  2. Stir until melted and creamy, 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add jalapenos and juice, cumin, and cayenne
  4. Stir until well combined - serve
