Grilled Caprese Sandwich

Makes 1 - Everything you love about a classic fresh mozzerella and tomato salad - but in a sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • thinly sliced tomatoes
  • thinly sliced fresh mozzerella cheese
  • fresh basil leaves
  • butter

Directions

  1. Just build it like you would a grilled cheese, butter the outsides and grill it in a hot pan
