Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine mustard, honey and vinegar in a bowl
  2. Whisking constantly, drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing is smooth
  3. Season to taste with salt & pepper
  4. Serve
