Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mirin - Japanese cooking sake
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup white sugar
1 inch grated ginger
For garnish:
Thinly sliced green onions & sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
Put sauce ingredients in nonstick skillet and heat until the sugar has dissolved
Add salmon to pan (skin-side down, if there is skin)
Cover and turn heat to low - cook 5 minutes
Turn fish over and cover - cook an additional 5 minutes
