Peach Bellini

Makes 6 - These are usually made with pureed peaches but try this my way. They’re really good!

Ingredients

  • Fresh raspberries
  • 1 bottle dry (moderately priced) champagne
  • 1 - 12 ounce can peach nectar

Directions

  1. Drop 2 or 3 rasberries into the bottom of a champagne flute
  2. Pour roughly 3 ounces champagne into each glass and add 2 ounces peach nectar
  3. Finish filling the glass with champagne
  4. Enjoy
