  • Rolls
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 lemons, divided
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Mixed with a little of the oil business
